Udawalawe Reservoir
The Udawalawe Reservoir is located in the Sabaragamuwa and Uva provinces of Sri Lanka. It was created by the Udawalawe Dam across the Walawe River, completed in 1969.

Visiting
The reservoir is adjacent to Udawalawe National Park, one of the best places in Sri Lanka to see wild elephants. The park is about 170 km from Colombo.
